The world is currently facing an urgent need to rapidly reform global finance to support a resilient, equitable, sustainable and secure food system. 

The impacts of COVID, climate change and conflicts on food security, the contributions of agriculture to deforestation, nature loss and GHG emissions, and the consequences of unhealthy diets on human well being call for a systemic shift. Finance must be a triggering force behind it.

Through a series of virtual workshops and dialogues, the Good Food Finance Week will bring together high-level leaders, financiers and policymakers, technical experts, and other stakeholders to bring finance for sustainable food systems high on the policy and finance agenda, and to discuss practical actions and solutions that will foster a transition to sustainable food systems.
