We Are What We Eat

The conversation focused on how rural and urban Americans across food value chains- from farmers to field workers to restaurant workers - face similar challenges; it discussed the needs from a food and agricultural system that honors the interrelationships between people, land and grocery stores. The discussion also explored the role of farmers, policymakers, financiers, restauranteurs and consumers to get us there.
