Laura Santucci

Laura Santucci is a co-founder of the Future Economy Forum and Managing Partner of NOW Partners Foundation, which advances the transition to an economy where business success and economic development are integrated with the regeneration of people, society, and nature. In this work, she focuses on advancing regenerative agriculture to achieve more equitable, sustainable food systems.
Ms. Santucci brings two decades of previous strategic leadership in U.S. politics, multilateral programs, and innovative philanthropy at the executive level. Her experience includes serving as Chief of Staff in President Barack Obama's White House Office of Political Affairs, Chief of Staff to the mayor of New York, and Chief of Staff to the United Nations World Food Programme.
As a leader in President Obama's White House and two successful presidential campaigns, Ms. Santucci has expertise in organizing strategic programs to mobilize diverse communities and delivering operational excellence in highly dynamic environments. She also served as Executive Director of the New York City mayoral transition between Michael Bloomberg and Bill de Blasio, and as chief of staff in city hall during which universal early childhood education (“pre-K”) was passed and implemented.
In addition to her time in government, Ms. Santucci served as Managing Director at Blue Haven Initiative, the innovative family office of investors and philanthropists Liesel Pritzker and Ian Simmons.
Ms. Santucci began her career organizing campaigns to improve the livelihoods of healthcare workers for the United States' largest healthcare workers union - Service Employees International Union.
